Lunch at Camp
Lunch is a highlight of every camp day. Campers eat in Houghton Hall, a historic dining room they nicknamed “The Restaurant.” Culinart serves fresh, nut-free meals with a daily-rotating hot menu and a full cold bar. Here's the space, the caterer, and what's on the plate.

Houghton Hall: "The Restaurant"
Lunch happens in Houghton Hall, a historic 1914 dining room with granite flooring, a grand chandelier, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Nissequogue River and Knox's landscaped grounds. Not a cafeteria, but a real sit-down meal in a beautiful space.
Campers nicknamed it “The Restaurant,” and the name stuck.
